Hey there!

I’m Zoe, owner-operator of Zoe Hyde Transformations.

You know, as a teenager and into my early twenties I used to feel this person, this confident, extroverted person TRYING to break out of me!

I felt like I was secretly this bold person living in an introvert’s body, but I just couldn’t seem to find it in me to bring it out.

I was a shy and anxious teen.

I would go red faced if the spot light was on me.

I feared not “making anything” of myself and wasting my life.

And I wasn’t satisfied by what I saw in the mirror and hated my cellulite. In fact, I spent too many years comparing myself to everyone around me.

It wasn’t until I went through my own transformation that this current Zoe broke out of me.

Once I began to move and nourish my body, I became happier, confident, empowered, and slowly but surely, I learnt to love my authentic self.

All those self-doubts and limitations lifted, and the real me was finally able to stand up and be noticed!

My own transformation has shown me that my purpose is in helping and supporting others to unleash their truest, happiest selves!

What an amazing journey it is, I can’t wait to help you!

Hey!

I'm Erin A.K.A Lil Boss, one of the trainers here at Zoe Hyde Transformations. 

Do you ever get that feeling when you walk into a place & you instantly feel at home, you instantly feel at ease & you know deep down that this is where you are meant to be?

That’s the feeling I get when I step into ZHT every single day.

Before ZHT I was driven by fear, I was driven by the feeling of not being good enough & I was driven by my past.

Now where do you think that was getting me?

Absolutely no where. I was stuck in this vicious cycle!

When I walked into ZHT, I was greeted with love, support, encouragement & most of all the feeling of acceptance of everything that I am.

I was given the tools to construct the person I am today, and in just 12 months my life has done a full 360 and I’m now running it exactly how I want it.

I’m living my dream; my purpose of helping other people find themselves & help them live the lives they deserve.

At ZHT we are about much more than just health & fitness! We are about finding out who we really are and what’s really standing in our way.

It wasn’t until I faced my demons, that I could let them go and move on and live the extraordinary life I always had imagined for myself.

Now I can’t wait to help you live your extraordinary life too!

Hi there,

I’m Jeanette, one of the trainers here at Zoe Hyde Transformations.

It’s easy to think when you’re over 50 that it’s downhill all the way…

That you are past your prime, have already done your best work, and you will never look, feel or be as good as you once were.

But hey, I’m there, and I’m here to tell you that I ain’t accepting any of that nonsense!

Two years ago would have been a different story.

I would have just accepted the fate that I was “too old” to make any worthwhile changes to my life.

I was at a crossroads.

I felt terrible and was struggling with my physical and mental health.

It would have been easy to just take the medication that was offered as my rescue, and not make any other lifestyle changes.

But something clicked and I knew I had to change my mindset!

Luckily for me this realisation coincided with Zoe opening up her transformation business. And since starting on this journey over 2 years ago, I haven’t looked back!

Every day I feel grateful that I wake up inside this healthy body because I have made positive changes and embraced my new lifestyle. It’s been so special to go through this journey with Zoe to change my own life, and now to be working as a trainer to help you change yours too!
