Zoe loves to “hold up the mirror” to her workshop participants, and ask the hard questions to help them break through to what they really want! Her mission is to help people reveal their most authentic, happiest selves, and her range of workshops means she can connect with participants based not only on their current stage, but where they would like to go.
Each workshop is between 90-120 minutes, however Zoe can personally design and tailor a workshop to suit your groups needs and timeframes.
These workshops include a workbook, of which the participants will have open discussions and the chance to really get honest with where they are now, and where they want to be!
