Kimberley is the founder and director of SOUL REMEDY, a holistic wellness training and coaching business. She is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Energy Worker, Intuitive & Creative Development Teacher & Holistic Coach.
From a very young age Kimberley has had a deep urge to explore and understand, how as humans, our mind, body, spirit and emotions are interconnected, and what it means to live our highest truth and purpose, as well as how we can live in harmony and flow.
At the age of 14 Kimberley had her first introduction to the concept of fear, from reading "feel the fear and do it anyway", and has been on an incredible journey ever since. Learning and experimenting with philosophy, psychology, spirituality, energy healing, alternative therapies, vibrational medicine and ancient systems of holistic living such as Yoga. For a long time this was Kimberley's personal passion, but in her early 20's she came into her own personal battles with health, anxiety, ptsd and some very challenging times. Fortunately Kimberley already had a set of tools that gave her a foundation on how she could help and empower her self naturally.
Following this she began to notice that many people were suffering quietly from anxiety, depression, ptsd, mysterious health issues, feeling lost and the list goes on. This realisation, along with the fact that this work has been Kimberley's life long passion, lead to the birth of Soul Remedy. Her aim is to provide a pathway for many to understand that they are more powerful than they realise and if they are willing, many can heal, change and empower themselves with the right support. It is each individual person who has the power to make a difference in their own life.
Now more than ever she believes that society needs these practices to counteract the ever growing intensity of this changing and fast paced world we live in. Technology, information and sensory overload, striving for success and happiness, burn out and mental illness on the rise. Where and when do we stop to take care of our internal world as much as our external world? Kimberley has made a life long commitment to paving the way for energy healing, intuitive and creative development, yoga and many other alternative therapies, to not be the last resort, but to be our first resort when it comes to our health and wellness.
Trish Hammond is a small business owner who has worked hard with her husband to establish as asset growth greater than what she could ever have imagined 9 years ago when embarking on her farming journey. However, having the responsibility of managing two separate dairy farms with a role of supporting 13 employees and ensuring that the 1300 cows get milked daily over two farms safely and efficiently to produce the highest quality milk, Trish also juggles her three primary aged children in this mix. As well as working on farm in a physical capacity, supporting her staff, friends and family, cooking, cleaning, washing, running a household in general, being Mum’s taxi and doing her best to get to the gym alongside trying to be the best mum ever is a mammoth task – and it can sometimes be both overwhelming and exhausting.
Through sacrifice, hardship, tears, pain and health callings, Trish has come to realize that the stress of juggling it all and trying to be superhuman takes its toll – eventually. Everyone could see the writing on the wall for her to slow it down!!
More so now than ever, Trish has found the importance to look after Number 1 – Herself! How quickly do the wheels fall off if she doesn’t!
It has been a slow and hard practice to implement, but taking time out for herself, to spend time with her friends and doing the things she loves - even if it is for only 10 minutes a day can be what makes all the difference to her for a healthy and happy mind!!
