Your thoughts don't have to equal your behaviour...
It's time to stop allowing your temporary emotions to drive your daily behaviour!
Too often we allow these negative thoughts, ideas and emotions to dictate our whole day, week or even month!
Remember that these are fleeting, so why hold onto them? Simply acknowledge they are there, and then use them for positive productivity. Not for bad, not to form excuses, and not to allow yourself to say (yet again) that you'll start over again tomorrow!
So you missed the green light and ran 5 minutes late to work? Let it go!
The traffic lights are out of your control, so turn off all distractions at work and knuckle down to boost your productivity for the next hour.
Someone dumped their emotional baggage onto you? Yeah they do that, but you've don't need to let it weigh you down too. Comfort your friend, give them a hug, and allow your imagination to throw those bags off a big cliff and listen as they "thud" at the bottom.
If you allow these daily emotions to consistently dictate your behaviour you'll be taking one step forwards, and two steps backward constantly.
