How committed are you really when it comes to changing your body shape, mindset and health?

The type of committed that cancels when you “can’t be bothered”, or only does the “easy” parts? Or the type who gets in and does the work- no questions asked?

I’m going to be totally frank here guys – a casual PT session once a week is NOT going to get you to where you truly want to be.


Because it accounts for just 2% of your week! There is zero accountability and need to commit – which means you can easily cancel when a case of the CBF’s sets in. And you probably don’t feel bad about it either if they never call you out on your bullshit!

What you need to focus on is what you do in the other 98% of your week! You need structure, accountability, support and consistency to achieve results.

Instead of throwing money at someone each week to semi-commit, you need to change the way you look at things and be prepared to go “all in”.

Think about it, if you aren’t all in, you’re probably likely to only do the things you want to do, not the things you need to do!

It’s time to make an INVESTMENT on your health and wellness, not only to change your body shape, but to gain an education so you can keep your results YEAR ROUND, not just for a few weeks!
