Change your mind, change your body, change your life!

I’ll be the first to admit that my own transformation hasn’t been linear! I’ve had my own share of ups, downs and hiccups along the way, just like we all do.

I’ve had to work on my own mind, before I could work on my body! And for the most part of 2016, I hid behind my business and used that as an excuse to not get back in great shape. Why? Because I wasn’t ready! I wasn’t ready to handle the work load of managing and building a business, and working on myself. And because I wasn’t ready mentally to improve again after my fall out from competing! I didn’t go backwards, but I didn’t go forwards either!

So I spent the time building my relationship with food and with my body!

Am I disappointed I didn’t get my shit together sooner? Sure! But I have no regrets, I had to go through this journey to grow and learn about myself, and to overcome any demons!

So 2017 is the year I’ve stepped up! I wanted to lead from the front, and show everyone just what is possible WITHOUT DIETING!

How? Having laid the foundations over time to know what my body does and doesn’t agree with:

My training has been consistent My nutrition has been consistent Not a single perfect week was had But I had to be there mentally- ready to succeed!

It wasn’t easy, but it was important to me because I know that without looking after myself, nothing else is possible!

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right!” - because this all starts with your mind!
