Do you blame other people for your lack of results?
Are you honest with yourself about where you are and how you got here?
‘Cause this is the difference between a winning and losing mindset.
A winner will take COMPLETE RESPONSIBILTY for their actions, and own their shit. A losers mindset will lay the blame elsewhere for fear of facing the truth.
Where your mindset sits now is the difference between true, long-term success, and a short term solution to your problems.
If you aren’t happy with where you are RIGHT NOW, it’s time to ask yourself these 3 things:
1. Do I understand that I am the only person capable of making ME change? Nope, no one else can eat the food and do the training for me! 2. Am I willing to take a long look at myself and own up to the habits which (deep down) I know are holding me back? 3. Would I be happy with half results, based on half efforts, or am I ready to go all in?
If you aren’t satisfied with your answers, maybe it’s time to step up and take responsibility to propel yourself forward!
The choice is yours – but stop blaming others for the lack of results you achieved from the work you didn’t do. I never said it'd be easy, but it sure as hell is worth it!
